Make the Blackberry Simple Syrup
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine equal parts sugar and water with a handful of fresh blackberries. Stir until the sugar dissolves and the mixture thickens slightly. Allow to cool and strain to remove solids.

Mix the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine Hendricks Grand Cabaret Gin, Triple Sec, Fresh Lime Juice, and Blackberry Simple Syrup. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with fresh blackberries and a lime wheel on the rim.
