Prepare the Fruits

In a medium bowl, combine the hulled and sliced strawberries, diced pineapple, and sliced orange. Mix gently to combine.

Mix the Sangria

In a large pitcher, add the prepared fruits. Pour in the white wine, orange juice, and agave syrup (or honey). Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.

Chill the Sangria

Cover the pitcher with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, allowing the flavors to meld together.

Add Club Soda

Just before serving, pour in the club soda or lemon-lime soda to add a refreshing fizz.

Garnish and Serve

Serve the sangria in glasses filled with ice, garnished with fresh mint leaves. Enjoy your refreshing Brunch Sangria!
