For the Smokehouse Omelet

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Cook the bacon and sausage in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, add diced ham and sauté for 2-3 minutes until warmed through.

  2. 2

    Make the Omelet

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour egg mixture into the skillet, tilting to spread evenly. Cook for about 2 minutes until the edges start to set.

  3. 3

    Add Fillings

Add the cooked bacon, sausage, ham, and shredded aged cheddar on one half of the omelet. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts and the eggs are fully cooked.

  4. 4

    Fold and Serve

Carefully fold the omelet in half over the filling and slide onto a plate. Serve with toast and a side of home fries.
