Prepare the Peach
Wash the fresh peach, remove the pit, and slice it into thin wedges.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the Tito's Handmade Vodka, ginger liqueur, lemon juice, and peach wedges. Muddle gently to release the peach juices.

Shake it Up
Add ice cubes to the shaker, cover, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice. Top it off with soda water and stir gently.
