Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef Patty

In a mixing bowl, season the Grown Well beef with salt and black pepper. Form the beef into a patty, making sure it is slightly larger than the burger bun.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patty

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. In the last minute of cooking, add the aged cheddar on top of the patty to melt.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Bacon

In a separate pan, cook the crispy bacon until golden brown and crunchy. Remove and place on paper towels to absorb excess grease.

  4. 4

    Toast the Burger Bun

Lightly toast the burger bun on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

Spread garlic aioli on the bottom half of the toasted bun. Place the beef patty with melted cheddar on top, followed by the crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato, and crunchy dill pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.

  6. 6

    Prepare the Fries

Cook the fries according to package instructions or prepare fresh fries from scratch. Season with salt to taste.

  7. 7

    Serve

Serve the Indiana Backyard Burger with a side of fries.
