Ingredients for Bacon + Jalapeno Bloody Mary
Method
Directions to Prepare Bacon + Jalapeno Bloody Mary
- 1
Prepare the Bacon-Washed Vodka
Start by infusing your vodka with bacon flavor. Cook 4-6 strips of bacon until crispy. Allow the bacon to cool slightly, then add the warm bacon fat to 16 oz of vodka in a jar. Stir well and let it sit at room temperature for about 4 hours. After that, refrigerate it overnight. The next day, strain the vodka through a fine mesh sieve or coffee filter to remove the bacon fat.

Mix the Ingredients
In a large pitcher, combine the bacon-washed vodka, tomato juice, pickle juice, diced jalapeno, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, lemon juice, celery salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
