Preparing the Ribs

Preheat the Smoker
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).

Prepare the Rib Rub
In a small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.

Apply the Rub
Rub the spice mixture generously over the St. Louis style ribs, ensuring an even coating.

Smoke the Ribs
Place the ribs in the smoker and smoke for about 4 hours, maintaining a consistent temperature of 225°F (107°C).

Glaze with Barbecue Sauce
In the last 30 minutes of smoking, brush the ribs with barbecue sauce, allowing it to caramelize.
Preparing the Side Dish

Bake the Cornbread
Follow the package instructions or your favorite recipe to bake the cornbread loaf.

Make the Coleslaw
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrots. Toss with coleslaw dressing to taste.
Serving

Slice and Serve
Once the ribs are done smoking, remove them from the smoker. Let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve 3 bones of ribs with a side of cornbread and coleslaw.
