Prepare the Meats
Start by seasoning each type of meat with your favorite dry rub or salt and pepper. Let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before smoking.

- 3
Smoke the Pulled Pork
Add the pulled pork to the smoker after the brisket has been smoking for about 2 hours. Smoke until it reaches an internal temperature of 195°F (90°C), which typically takes 6-8 hours. Once done, let it rest before shredding.
- 4
Smoke the Turkey
Smoke the turkey breasts for about 2-3 hours at the same temperature until it reaches 165°F (74°C). Let it rest before slicing.
- 5
Cook the Ribs
Smoke the pork ribs for 4-5 hours until tender, glazing them with your favorite BBQ sauce in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- 6
Prepare the Hot Links
Place the hot link sausages on the smoker for about 1-1.5 hours, or until they are cooked through and have a nice smoky flavor.

Serve the sampler with your choice of sides such as coleslaw, baked beans, or cornbread to complement the smoky flavors.
