Cocktail Preparation

Prepare the Glass
Take a chilled cocktail glass and set it aside.

Mix the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, add the dry gin, local apple yuzu kombucha, jasmine flowers, and honey.

Fill the shaker with ice cubes to chill the mixture.

Shake the Mixture
Securely close the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well mixed and chilled.

Using a strainer, pour the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass.
