Method

Coconut Nojito Directions

1

Prepare the Glass

Begin by selecting a tall glass or a mojito glass. Fill it with ice cubes to chill the glass for your Coconut Nojito.

2

Muddle Mint Leaves

In a mixing glass or cocktail shaker, add the fresh mint leaves. Gently muddle them with a muddler or the back of a spoon to release their essential oils and aroma.

3

Combine Ingredients

Add the Lyre’s White Cane Spirit, coconut water, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup to the muddled mint leaves in the mixing glass.

4

Shake the Mixture

Fill the mixing glass with ice and shake gently for about 15-20 seconds until well combined and chilled.

5

Strain into Glass

Remove the ice from the chilled glass and strain the mixture into the glass filled with fresh ice cubes.

6

Top with Club Soda

Slowly pour the club soda over the mixture in the glass to add some fizz. Stir gently to combine.

7

Garnish and Serve

Garnish your Coconut Nojito with a lime wedge and a sprig of fresh mint. Serve immediately and enjoy!
