Preparation Directions
Prepare Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients: chamomile flowers, dried rose petals, dried orange peel, dried lavender flowers, honey, and water.
Boil Water
In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil over medium-high heat.
Add Herbs
Once the water is boiling, remove the saucepan from heat. Add the chamomile flowers, dried rose petals, dried orange peel, and dried lavender flowers to the hot water.
Steep the Tea
Cover the saucepan and let the mixture steep for 5-7 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Strain the Tea
After steeping, strain the tea into a teapot or heatproof container to remove the herbs.
Sweeten
Add 1 tablespoon of honey to the strained tea and stir until it is fully dissolved.
Serve
Pour the tea into cups and serve warm. Enjoy your subtle chamomile, rose, and orange tea with a hint of lavender.
