Prepare the Chicken
Pat the boneless chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Prepare the Peppers
Remove the stems and seeds from the hot cherry peppers and slice them in half lengthwise.

Sauté the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and sauté for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Deglaze with Balsamic Vinegar
Pour in the balsamic vinegar and stir to deglaze the skillet, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom. Let it simmer for about 2 minutes.

Combine and Finish Cooking
Return the sautéed chicken to the skillet, adding fresh thyme. Coat the chicken with the balsamic sauce and let it cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
