Prepare the Burrata
Carefully remove the burrata mozzarella from its packaging and drain any excess liquid. Place it on a serving plate.

Slice the Parma Ham
Using a sharp knife, thinly slice the Parma ham and arrange the slices beautifully around the burrata on the plate.

Prepare the Roasted Red Peppers
If using jarred roasted red peppers, drain and slice them into strips. If using homemade, ensure they are peeled and sliced.

Arrange the Roasted Red Peppers
Place the strips of roasted red peppers on the plate alongside the burrata and Parma ham.
Garnishing

Add Garnishes
Sprinkle fresh basil leaves over the dish. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the burrata, ham, and peppers.
