Prepare the Shrimp
In a large bowl, combine the large shrimp, olive oil, Cajun seasoning, honey, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Slice the scallions thinly and set aside for garnish.

Sauté the Shrimp
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and are cooked through.

Glaze the Shrimp
Once the shrimp are cooked, drizzle any remaining marinade over them in the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and glaze the shrimp.

Plate the Dish
Serve the glazed shrimp on a plate, garnished with sliced scallions. Toast the slices of house sourdough bread and serve them alongside the shrimp.
