Method
Fried Catfish

Soak the catfish fillets in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.

In a bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.

Remove catfish from buttermilk and dredge in the cornmeal mixture.

Fry the catfish in hot oil for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Drain on paper towels and set aside.
Shrimp

Peel and devein the shrimp, then rinse under cold water.

Add shrimp to the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the shrimp.

Cook shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque.
Wings

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season chicken wings with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Arrange wings on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes until crispy.

Once wings are cooked, toss them in the hot sauce mixture until well coated.
