Preparation

1

Juice the Grapefruit

Cut the grapefruit in half and use a citrus juicer to extract 2 oz of fresh grapefruit juice. Strain it to remove any pulp, if desired.

2

Chill the Glass

Place your preferred champagne flute in the freezer for about 5-10 minutes to chill.

Mixing

3

Combine Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 2 oz of Yuzu Liqueur and 2 oz of fresh grapefruit juice. Shake gently to mix and chill the ingredients.

Serving

4

Pour and Top with Champagne

Remove the chilled glass from the freezer. Strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass. Top with 4 oz of champagne, gently pouring to preserve the bubbles.

5

Garnish

Garnish with a wedge of grapefruit on the rim of the glass for a beautiful presentation.
