- 3
Bread the Fish
Dip each fish fillet first into the egg wash, then coat with the flour mixture. Ensure each piece is fully covered.
- 4
Fry the Fish
In a large frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry the breaded fish fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
Preparing the Wings

Season the Wings
In a large bowl, season chicken wings with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- 6
Cook the Wings
You can bake, fry, or grill the wings. For frying, heat oil to 375°F (190°C) and fry wings for about 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy. For baking, preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- 7
Toss in Sauce or Dry Rub
Once cooked, remove the wings from heat and toss them in your choice of buffalo sauce, barbecue sauce, or dry rub until well coated.
Preparing the Side
- 8
Cook the Side
Prepare fries or your choice of side according to package instructions or your preferred method. Serve hot.
