Brie and Crust

Honey Roasted Garlic

Jalapeno Jelly

Rosemary-Garlic Crostini

Method

Prepare the Brie

  1. 1

    Crust the Brie

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, mix the pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, olive oil, salt, and black pepper together. Roll the Brie in the seed mixture to coat completely, then place it on a baking sheet.

Honey Roasted Garlic

  1. 2

    Roast the Garlic

Slice the tops off the garlic bulbs, drizzle with honey and olive oil, and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Wrap them in foil and roast in the oven for about 30 minutes or until soft.

Bake the Brie

  1. 3

    Bake the Brie

Place the coated Brie in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and gooey.

Make the Crostini

  1. 4

    Prepare Crostini

Slice the baguette into ½ inch slices. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, chopped rosemary, minced garlic, and salt. Brush the mixture on both sides of the baguette slices and bake them in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve

  1. 5

    Plate and Enjoy

Once the Brie is done baking, remove it from the oven, and serve warm with honey roasted garlic, jalapeno jelly, and warm rosemary-garlic crostini.
