Method
Cooking the Pasta and Seafood
Cook the Pappardelle Pasta
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pappardelle pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sauté the Seafood
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chili flakes, sautéing until fragrant (about 1 minute). Then add the bay scallops, shrimp, and white fish, cooking until they are just opaque (about 3-4 minutes).
Add Mussels and Tomatoes
Add the mussels and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Cover and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the mussels open up.
Combine with Pesto Cream
Pour the pesto cream sauce into the skillet, stirring to combine. Add the cooked pappardelle pasta, tossing everything together until well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
