Method
Preparation
- 1
Marinate the Meats
In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Place ribeye, chicken, and pork in a resealable bag or a shallow dish. Pour marinade over the meats, seal or cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.
Grilling
- 2
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Oil the grates lightly to prevent sticking.
- 3
Grill the Meats
Remove the meats from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the ribeye steak on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Grill the pork tenderloin for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Grill the Seasonal Sides
While the meats are grilling, place the asparagus and baby carrots in a grill basket or foil packet. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and grill for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally. Grill the corn on the cob for about 10-15 minutes, turning until charred.
