Dry Rub

Method

Preparation and Cooking

  1. 1

    Prepare the Dry Rub

In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper. Mix well to create a dry rub.

  2. 2

    Season the Wings

Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Rub the dry seasoning mixture evenly over the wings, ensuring they are well coated.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  4. 4

    Bake the Wings

Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove the wings from the oven and allow them to rest for a few minutes. Serve with your choice of sauce on the side.
