In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper. Mix well to create a dry rub.

Season the Wings
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Rub the dry seasoning mixture evenly over the wings, ensuring they are well coated.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
