Preparation of Ingredients

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fruits

Wash the strawberries and blueberries thoroughly. Hull the strawberries and slice them into halves or quarters, depending on your preference.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Mint

Rinse the fresh mint leaves and gently muddle them with a mortar and pestle or by using the back of a spoon to release their oils.

Making the Acai Simple Syrup

  1. 3

    Combine Ingredients

In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water, 2 tablespoons of acai powder, and 1 tablespoon of honey.

  2. 4

    Cook the Syrup

Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring until the acai powder and honey are fully dissolved. Allow it to simmer for about 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let it cool.

Assembling the Drink

  1. 5

    Mix the Ingredients

In a large pitcher, combine the prepared strawberries, blueberries, muddled mint leaves, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.

  2. 6

    Add the Acai Syrup

Pour the cooled acai simple syrup into the pitcher and mix well to combine all the flavors.

  3. 7

    Serve with Soda

Fill glasses with ice, pour the fruit and syrup mixture over the ice, then top with 2 cups of sparkling water or soda. Stir gently to combine.
