Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the chicken breasts into strips about 1 inch wide.

In three separate shallow bowls, place the flour in one, beaten eggs in the second, and mix the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in the third.
