Prepare the Beef Patty
In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form it into a patty.

Cook the Patty
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.

Cook the Corned Beef
In the same skillet, add the corned beef slices and cook until slightly crispy.

Assemble the Burger
On the bottom burger bun, spread rosemary aioli. Add the beef patty, top with corned beef, fried egg, and the top bun.

Serve with Fries
Serve the burger with house-cut fries on the side.

On the bottom burger bun, place the beef patty, followed by lettuce, onion slices, and Boar & Castle cheese. Top with the other half of the bun.
