Prepare the Glass
Take a tall glass and drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside, allowing it to coat the glass.

Scoop 1 cup of vanilla ice cream into the prepared glass.

Pour Root Beer
Slowly pour 2 cups of root beer over the ice cream, allowing it to foam up.

Add whipped cream on top and finish with a maraschino cherry.
