Add Tequila
Pour 60 ml Reposado Tequila into a shaker.

Add Pear Puree
Add 40 ml pear puree to the shaker.

Add Pineapple Juice
Pour 60 ml pineapple juice into the shaker.

Add Allspice Dram
Add 15 ml Allspice Dram to the shaker.

Add Citrus
Add 15 ml fresh lime juice for bright citrus notes.

Sweeten
Drizzle in 10 ml agave nectar to harmonize the flavors.

Chill and Shake
Add 1 cup ice and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until well chilled.

Serve
Strain into a chilled rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a pear slice and a pineapple wedge. Enjoy responsibly.
