Fill a shaker with ice. Add Clean & Co Vodka Alternative (60 ml), fresh lemon juice (15 ml), and Apple Spice Syrup (30 ml). Shake vigorously until well-chilled and combined.

Strain the mixture into a chilled copper mug or highball glass over fresh ice. Top with Ginger Beer (150 ml) and give a light stir to integrate the flavors without dulling the fizz.

Garnish
Garnish with a wheel of lemon and a thin apple slice. Serve immediately.
