Combine ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine 60 ml Courvoisier 21 Year Cognac, 30 ml sweet vermouth, and 2 dashes Angostura bitters.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir gently for 20–30 seconds until well chilled and slightly diluted.

Strain the cocktail into the chilled glass without ice.
