Chill glass
Chill a highball or wine glass in the freezer or with ice, then discard the ice before use.

Add ice
Fill the glass about halfway with ice to keep the drink well chilled and properly diluted.

Pour Aperol
Pour 60 ml Aperol over the ice.

Add Cava
Gently pour 120 ml Cava (Brut) into the glass to preserve bubbles.

Top with soda
Add 60 ml club soda to top off the drink.

Stir and garnish
Gently stir to combine without flattening the bubbles. Garnish with an orange slice on the rim.
