Method

Preparing the Steak

  1. 1

    Season the Steak

Rub the ribeye steaks with olive oil, then season both sides generously with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Steak

Preheat your grill to high heat. Place the seasoned steaks on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness. Use a meat thermometer for accuracy (130°F for medium-rare).

  3. 3

    Rest the Steak

Once cooked, remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for at least 5-10 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute.

Preparing the Vegetables

  1. 4

    Chop the Vegetables

Wash and cut the asparagus into 2-inch pieces, slice the bell pepper into strips, and cut the zucchini into half-moons.

  2. 5

    Season the Vegetables

In a bowl, toss the chopped vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper to taste.

  3. 6

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill alongside the steaks. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until tender and slightly charred.
