Veal Porterhouse

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Veal

Season the veal porterhouse with salt, black pepper, and minced garlic. Rub with olive oil and fresh rosemary.

  2. 2

    Sear the Veal

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned veal and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (medium rare). Remove from the skillet and let rest.

  3. 3

    Cook the Asparagus

In the same skillet, add the asparagus and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    Serve

Plate the veal porterhouse alongside the sautéed asparagus and creamed corn. Enjoy your meal!
