Directions

1

Prepare the Lobster

Start by bringing a large pot of water to a boil. Add salt to the boiling water.

2

Boil the Lobster Tails

Add the lobster tails to the boiling water. Cook for about 8-10 minutes or until the shells turn bright red and the meat is opaque.

3

Prepare the Butter

While the lobster is cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add paprika and stir well.

4

Remove and Cool

Once cooked, remove the lobster tails from the water and let them cool slightly before handling.

5

Carve the Lobster

Using kitchen scissors, cut down the back of the shell and carefully pull out the meat, leaving it attached at the base.

6

Serve

Place the lobster tails on a serving plate, drizzle with drawn butter, and garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley.
