Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Potatoes

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash the baby Yukon Gold potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel.

  2. 2

    Cut and Season

Cut each potato in half lengthwise and place them in a large bowl. Melt the unsalted butter and mix it with olive oil, garlic powder, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Pour this mixture over the potatoes and toss to coat evenly.

  3. 3

    Roast the Potatoes

Arrange the seasoned potatoes cut-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until they are golden and crisp at the edges.

  4. 4

    Serve

Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your buttery Chateau Potatoes as a delicious side dish!
