Directions
- 1
Prepare the Beef
Cut the beef sirloin into 1-inch cubes.
- 2
Marinate the Beef
In a large bowl, combine the beef cubes with vegetable oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, black pepper, and Yaji spice mix. Mix well to ensure the beef is fully coated in the marinade. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- 3
Soak Skewers
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning on the grill.
- 4
Preheat Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- 5
Skewer the Beef
Thread the marinated beef cubes onto the soaked skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- 6
Grill the Skewers
Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- 7
Serve
Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve hot with additional Yaji spice mix on the side for sprinkling if desired.
