Brew 1 cup of strong espresso coffee and allow it to cool to room temperature.

Stir in 1 tablespoon of coffee liqueur into the cooled espresso.

In a mixing bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.

In another bowl, combine 500g of mascarpone cheese, 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 3 egg yolks. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined.

Assembling Tiramisu

Dip Ladyfingers

Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the espresso mixture, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.

Layer Ingredients

In a rectangular dish, create a layer of the dipped ladyfingers, followed by half of the mascarpone cream mixture. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining cream.

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
