Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Fries
Preheat your oven or fryer according to the fries' package instructions. If making homemade fries, cut potatoes into desired shape, soak in water for 30 minutes, then pat dry.
- 2
Cook the Fries
Toss the fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake or fry until golden brown and crispy, about 20-25 minutes or according to package instructions.
- 3
Form the Patties
Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions (6 oz each) and gently form into patties. Press a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing during cooking. Season with salt and pepper.
- 4
- 5
Toast the Brioche Buns
While the patties are cooking, toast the brioche buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.
- 6
Assemble the Burgers
Spread a generous amount of black truffle aioli on the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun. Place a cooked patty on top, followed by a slice of tomato. Top with the other half of the bun.
- 7
Serve
Serve the French burgers with a side of fries. Enjoy!
