Preparation

    Prepare the Ahi Tuna

    Dice the ahi tuna into small cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.

    Cut the Avocado

    Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Dice the avocado into small cubes.

    Mix Tuna and Avocado

    Gently combine the diced ahi tuna and avocado in the mixing bowl.

    Add Capers

    Stir in the capers to the tuna and avocado mixture.

Ahi Dressing

    Combine Dressing Ingredients

    In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, and sriracha until well combined.

    Add Green Onion

    Chop the green onions and add them to the dressing mixture, stirring to combine.

    Dress the Tuna Mixture

    Pour the dressing over the tuna and avocado mixture and gently toss to coat.

Wonton Chips

    Prepare Wonton Chips

    Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Cut wonton wrappers into triangles.

    Fry the wonton triangles in the hot oil until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
