Method

Eggs

  1. 1

    Prepare the Eggs

In a small bowl, crack the eggs and season with salt and black pepper. Whisk until fully combined.

  2. 2

    Cook the Eggs

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the whisked eggs and cook to your desired doneness (scrambled, sunny-side up, etc.). Remove from heat and set aside.

Meat

  1. 3

    Cook the Bacon

In the same skillet used for eggs, add the smokehouse bacon and cook over medium heat until crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and place on paper towels to drain.

Hash Browns

  1. 4

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and grate the potatoes. Rinse the grated potatoes under cold water to remove excess starch, then drain thoroughly.

  2. 5

    Cook the Hash Browns

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the grated potatoes and onion, and spread them evenly in the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes without stirring until the bottom is golden brown. Flip and cook the other side for another 5-7 minutes. Stir in the smoked gouda cheese until melted, then remove from heat.

Toast

  1. 6

    Toast the Bread

While the hash browns are cooking, toast the slices of bread. Spread butter on each side and toast in a skillet or toaster until golden brown.
