Cook the Shrimp
Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
Make the Charred Corn Salsa

In a dry skillet over high heat, add the corn kernels. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the corn is slightly charred. Remove from heat and let it cool.

Combine Salsa Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the charred corn, diced red bell pepper, chopped red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
Assemble the Bowls

In serving bowls, start with a base of cooked rice. Top with the cooked shrimp and a generous amount of charred corn salsa.
