Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fruits

Wash and slice the oranges, lemons, and limes into thin rounds. Cut the apples into thin wedges and prepare the berries by rinsing them under cool water.

  2. 2

    Mix the Ingredients

In a large pitcher, combine the sliced fruits with the granulated sugar. Use a wooden spoon to gently muddle the fruits, releasing their juices and dissolving the sugar.

  3. 3

    Add the Liquids

Pour in the red wine, brandy, and peach schnapps into the pitcher. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.

  4. 4

    Chill

Refrigerate the sangria for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld. If time permits, let it chill overnight for the best flavor.

  5. 5

    Serve

Just before serving, add the club soda to the pitcher, stirring gently to combine. Pour the sangria into glasses filled with ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
