Infused Vodka

Pineapple Doli Martini

Method

Infused Vodka

  1. 1

    Prepare the Infused Vodka

In a clean, airtight glass jar, combine the vodka and fresh pineapple chunks. Ensure the pineapple is fully submerged in the vodka.

  2. 2

    Infusion Process

Seal the jar and store it in a cool, dark place for 3 to 5 days. Shake the jar gently every day to help the infusion process.

  3. 3

    Strain the Vodka

After the infusion period, strain the vodka through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove the pineapple chunks. Transfer the infused vodka back to a clean bottle.

  4. 7
