Combine Ingredients
In a blender, combine 2 oz of white rum, 1 oz of coconut cream, and 6 oz of pineapple juice.

Add Ice
Add 1 cup of crushed ice to the blender.

Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy.

Prepare Glass
Pour the blended mixture into a chilled glass.

Garnish with a pineapple wedge, a maraschino cherry, and a couple of fresh mint leaves on top.
