Blend the Puree
Remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool slightly. Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth. Set aside to cool completely.
House Lemonade

Make the Lemonade
In a large pitcher, combine the fresh lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Add Water
Add 4 cups of water to the pitcher and stir well. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Fresh Iced Tea

Brew the Tea
In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat, add the black tea bags, and steep for 5-7 minutes depending on your desired strength.

Sweeten the Tea (optional)
If desired, add 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar to the hot tea and stir until dissolved. Let the tea cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until cold.
Assembly

Combine Ingredients
In a tall glass, add a few tablespoons of the ginger-peach puree. Fill the glass halfway with ice, then pour equal parts of the lemonade and iced tea over the puree. Stir gently to combine.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a slice of peach or a sprig of mint if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Peachy Palmer!
