Chill the Glass
Begin by chilling a rocks glass by filling it with ice water. Set aside to cool while you prepare the drink.

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing glass, add 1 oz of Tattersall Rye, 1 oz of J. Carver Brickyard Bourbon, and 2 dashes of house-blended Trinity Bitters.

Stir the Mixture
Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes and stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled and combined.

Prepare the Glass
Discard the ice water from the chilled rocks glass and strain the mixed drink into the glass over fresh ice cubes.

Garnish
Express the oils from a piece of orange peel over the drink and drop it into the glass as a garnish. Optionally, add a maraschino cherry for additional flavor.
