Once the water is boiling, add 1 tablespoon of salt to the water.

  3. 3

    Cook Spaghetti

Add 200 grams of spaghetti to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions, usually about 8-10 minutes, until al dente.

  4. 4

  4. 8

    Simmer Sauce

Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer and let it cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens slightly.

  5. 9

    Finish with Parmesan

Before serving, stir in 50 grams of grated parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
