Meatloaf

Mashed Potatoes

Parmesan Broccoli

Marsala Mushroom Sauce

Method

Meatloaf

  1. 1

    Prepare the Meatloaf Mixture

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, bread crumbs, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme. Mix until well combined.

  2. 2

    Shape and Grill

Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a grill-safe tray. Brush the top with ketchup. Preheat the grill to medium heat and cook the meatloaf for about 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).

Mashed Potatoes

  1. 3

    Boil the Potatoes

In a large pot, add the cubed potatoes and cover with water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.

  2. 4

    Mash and Season

Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mash the potatoes until creamy and smooth.

Parmesan Broccoli

  1. 5

    Prepare the Broccoli

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 6

    Roast and Add Cheese

Spread the broccoli on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the broccoli in the last 5 minutes of roasting.

Marsala Mushroom Sauce

  1. 7

    Sauté the Mushrooms

In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add sliced mushrooms and garlic, cooking until the mushrooms are golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

  2. 8

    Add Marsala Wine

Pour in the Marsala wine and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and black pepper.
