Juice Preparation
If using fresh carrots, juice them until you have 4 oz of carrot juice. If using store-bought, ensure it is well-shaken before measuring.

Mixing Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Svedka Vodka, 4 oz of carrot juice, 1 tbs of honey, and 0.5 oz of lemon juice.

Adding Heat
Add 3 dashes of hot sauce to the shaker. Adjust to taste if you prefer more heat.

Shake
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well-chilled and mixed.

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish your drink with a carrot stick and a lemon wedge on the rim of the glass.
