Shrimp Preparation

Prepare the Shrimp
In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Coat the Shrimp
Toss the peeled and deveined shrimp in the flour mixture until evenly coated. Shake off any excess flour.
Frying the Shrimp

Heat the Oil
In a large deep skillet or fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Shrimp
Carefully add the coated shrimp to the hot oil in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 2-3 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Buffalo Sauce Preparation

Make the Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, stir in the hot sauce until well combined. Remove from heat.

Toss the Shrimp
In a large bowl, combine the fried shrimp and the buffalo sauce. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated.

Prepare the Dressing
In a medium bowl, mix together the crumbled Amablu cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, and lemon juice. Stir until well combined. Season with salt to taste.
Serving

Serve the Buffalo Shrimp
Plate the buffalo shrimp and serve with the Amablu cheese dressing on the side for dipping.
