Prepare the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from heat and let it cool, then chop into small pieces.

Roast the Jalapeños
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the jalapeños on a baking sheet and roast for about 10-15 minutes until the skins are blistered. Remove from the oven, let cool, and slice.

Prepare the Burger Patties
In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Divide the mixture into two equal parts and shape each into a patty.

Add Brie Cheese
In the last minute of cooking, place brie cheese curds on top of the patties to melt slightly.
Assembly

Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of each brioche bun, spread a generous spoonful of blackberry jam. Place the cooked patty with melted brie on top, followed by sliced roasted jalapeños and a sprinkle of candied bacon. Top with the other half of the brioche bun.

Serve immediately with extra blackberry jam on the side, if desired.
