Method

Burger Patty Preparation

  1. 1

    Mix Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until just combined.

  2. 2

    Form Patties

Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 3/4 inch thick.

Cooking the Burger

  1. 3

    Preheat Grill

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. 4

    Cook Patties

Place the patties on the grill or skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side. Flip, add cheese slices on top, and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the desired doneness is achieved.

Fries Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare Potatoes

Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin strips to create fries.

  2. 6

    Season Fries

In a bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.

Cooking the Fries

  1. 7

    Bake Fries

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the seasoned fries on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Burger Assembly

  1. 8

    Assemble Burger

On the bottom half of each burger bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by the cooked beef patty with melted cheese, slices of tomato, and then the top half of the bun.
